Apex Educ8 Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Watford, responsible for processing weekly payroll and creating accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Credit control and financial transaction management
  2. Review and process timesheets with meticulous attention to detail
  3. Generate regular reports for consultants and management on key metrics
  4. Process external vendor payments and invoices accurately
  5. Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone

We require someone with strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, who can prioritize tasks effectively and possess excellent numeracy and communication skills. While experience in payroll is not necessary, data entry or administrative experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have the ability to commute to Watford and work from our office with on-site parking available.
