Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to best effect, prioritizing the wellbeing of our people and service to our customers and communities.
• Ensure training and competency checks are in place for all roles.
• Monitor operational performance, follow up on complaints, problem solve for operational challenges.
• Deliver a first time collection culture and all contractual performance KPI's.
• Lead our people & assets to deliver / exceed service expectations.
• Develop an excellent day to day relationship with client officers and residents, built on trust and service delivery.
• Ensure operations are run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements and supporting improvement plans.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing/mentoring people.
• Waste management - desirable.
• Multi-faceted stakeholder relationship management, including clients, contractors, and members.
• IOSH Managing Safely.
