Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Practitioner to join our Via - FLEX Team, providing flexible service delivery and support to individuals with drug and alcohol issues.

The Role

As a Recovery Practitioner, you will work as part of a wider flexible team, covering a geographical area and supporting service delivery for short to medium time periods, as and when required.

The role involves providing cover across our services in London and surrounding areas, requiring a willingness and ability to travel across the Greater London and surrounding areas.

We will aim to focus your work in specific areas, including West & Central London, East & Central London, North & Central London, and South & Central London.

Please state your geographical preference on your application, and while we will prioritize accommodating your preference, you may be asked to work in other areas.

The Service

We are developing an exciting and established team to work flexibly and responsively across our services, providing exceptional support and structured interventions to the people we help.

The Via - FLEX Team has multiple elements, including a substantive team, which will work across a range of services, fulfilling their placement needs to provide additional capacity and support when required.
