We are looking for highly skilled and experienced staff to support our flexible service delivery, providing exceptional support and structured interventions to those we help.
The Service
Our Via - FLEX Team has multiple elements, including a substantive team (permanent posts), which will work across a range of services, fulfilling their placement needs to provide additional capacity and support when required.
What We Offer
As a Recovery Practitioner with Via Westminster, you will receive a comprehensive induction package, access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, and a generous benefits package. All reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
We welcome enquiries from everyone and value diversity in our workplace. Our commitment to promoting diversity and developing a workplace environment where all staff are treated with dignity and respect is central to our recruitment process.
We are a Disability Confident Employer and are committed to the employment and career development of disabled people. We offer an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for our jobs.
