The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. This is a rewarding role that offers the chance to make a tangible impact on people's lives while advancing your career in the field of care support services.

Job Summary

As a Field Care Supervisor with London Care Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care support services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and reviewing individual services to ensure they meet our clients' needs
  • Supervising and supporting care workers in the field, including shadowing new staff members to ensure their competence
  • Carrying out regular reviews of individual services, including risk assessments and repeated/renewed needs
  • Participating in multidisciplinary reviews of service users' needs as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments for individual service users
  • Ability to work in partnership with service users, family, carers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and others to deliver holistic packages of care support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • A patient and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and customer service
