About the Role
  • This position requires identifying training needs, developing a training plan, and evaluating training undertaken by staff.
  • Promoting partnership with parents/carers and other family members is also crucial.
Requirements
  • A Childcare and Education qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3 is essential.
  • A sound knowledge of childcare development from birth to five years is necessary.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in the delivery of services to young children is required.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
