Customer Complaint Investigator

The Customer Complaint Investigator will be responsible for investigating complex customer complaints and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex situations, and think critically to find effective solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities- Investigate customer complaints and gather relevant information.
- Analyze data and evidence to determine the root cause of the issue.
- Develop and implement effective resolution plans that meet customer needs.
- Communicate with customers to explain the resolution process and provide updates.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
