Customer Service Administrator Role Overview

Key responsibilities will include filing, sending and receiving post, stationary requisitions, and aiding the financial administration department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the customer service team, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Filing and Post: File and manage post, including sending and receiving mail, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stationery Requisitions: Manage stationery supplies and requisition new stock as needed.
  • Financial Administration: Assist the financial administration department with tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Passion for Customer Service: A passion for providing excellent customer service and a desire to learn and grow in a customer-focused environment.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
