About the Role

We are seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Customer Service Advisor. Your focus will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person, and by telephone.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Being responsible for the reception area and ensuring it is always presented to a high standard.
  • Supporting with the process of show rounds.
  • Actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions.
  • Assisting the Home Administrator as required.
About You

To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must:

  • Have effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude to all residents and visitors.
  • Ideally have previous experience in working in a customer service role for a minimum of two years.
