About the Role

At Avery Healthcare, we're seeking a well-organised and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as a Customer Service Advisor. Your focus will be to provide a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting the reception area to a high standard.
  • Supporting with show rounds and managing sales enquiries through to admissions.
  • Assisting the Home Administrator as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and a positive attitude to all residents and visitors.

We're looking for someone with a good working knowledge of MS Suite and ideally, previous experience in a customer service role for a minimum of two years.
