About the Role

Lidl is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Deutschland. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience in our stores.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and well-organized store
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management to ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-stocked
  • Perform other duties as required by the store management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
