Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Administrator at Diligenta, you will be providing support to the customer service team of a major financial company. Working in the back office, you'll be ensuring business administrative duties are compliant by organising and providing support to the members of our customer service team. This consists of filing, sending and receiving post, stationary requisitions and aiding the financial administration department.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc) and a variety of computer systems
