Customer Services Liaison

About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Services Liaison to join our team at Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, supplying potential patients with information about the services offered at the hospital.
- Provide timely and appropriate advice on consultants, specialities, and pricing options.
- Make straightforward appointment bookings and amendments.
- Maintain and update sales leads via a CRM system.
- Develop constructive relationships with patients, consultants, and medical secretaries.
Requirements:
You will need to be a confident and customer-focused communicator with good IT and keyboard skills. Ideally educated to GCSE in English and Maths with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent. Experience in an administrative or customer-facing environment would be an advantage.
