Job Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective support for facility-related inquiries and concerns. This includes responding to customer requests via various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by responding to service requests and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Generate and dispatch service request work orders to vendors for completion.
• Schedule conference rooms and audio-visual equipment as needed.
• Update the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and customer service database with accurate and up-to-date information.

Additional Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

• Running, reviewing, and distributing customer service reports as necessary.
• Assisting with the training of new hires and temporary employees on CMMS, customer service database, email, Live Chat, and Call Center procedures.
• Providing informal assistance and guidance to coworkers as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.
