We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inbound calls and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed customer service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
