French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Central Bristol. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and efficient quotation services, meeting agreed deadlines and following up on all quotations with relevant business managers.
- Input data into the CRM package, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Gain a general knowledge of all products, their application, and pricing.
- Provide fast and accurate information to customers, demonstrating excellent customer service at all times.
- Deal with all customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner within 48 hours.
- Liaise with and support field sales staff, making travel arrangements as necessary.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
