About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Markerstudy Group. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for speaking to potential customers over the telephone and generating new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business through telephone conversations with potential customers
- Sharing knowledge of our insurance products and giving interested customers real reasons to buy
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services
- Working in a fast-paced environment to convert leads, upsell, and meet targets
