As a Facilities Management Officer with Adecco, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the Facilities function.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Meeting and greeting visitors, contacting hosts, and managing hospitality requests.
  2. Liaising with suppliers and contractors to ensure services are provided as per agreements.
  3. Scheduling preventative maintenance services and overseeing contractors on-site.
  4. Monitoring and completing Facilities-related service desk tasks.
  5. Managing claim file service desk requests and maintaining file records.

Additionally, you will be involved in health and safety activities, such as conducting DSE assessments, arranging training, and completing regular risk assessments.
