Role Summary

As a Customer Success Manager at Smartly, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing your own customer accounts through day-to-day communication and online marketing expertise. You will identify opportunities for increased product adoption and align Smartly's product value with the customer's wider marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture customer accounts through communication and online marketing expertise
  • Identify opportunities for increased product adoption
  • Align product value with customer marketing objectives
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the Smartly tool and digital ecosystem

Key requirements include 3+ years of relevant experience in a Customer Success or similar customer-facing function, a good understanding of paid social advertising, and strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
