Job Overview: Wickes is seeking an Online Sales Development Lead to drive the growth of digital sales through our website, apps, and online-in-store platforms. As a key member of our Digital and Marketing team, you'll be responsible for executing the trading plan on digital platforms, delivering web merchandising techniques, and improving category development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the trading plan on the website and digital ecosystem.
- Manage various tools to optimize website performance and grow sales.
- Ensure customer journeys are up-to-date by conducting regular walk-throughs and utilizing analytics platforms to propose improvements.
- Work closely with Commercial teams to understand performance insights and provide additional eCommerce data.

About You:
- At least 4 years of eCommerce experience in digital eCommerce and website trading.
- Excellent planning skills to build campaigns, present timelines, and ensure delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build relationships and liaise with business stakeholders.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
