Business Development Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Lightning Motorcycle Training. This full-time, permanent position requires excellent telephone skills, the ability to work with online systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. The ideal candidate will be able to self-motivate and excel in customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls, advising on motorcycle training courses.
- Utilize software tools such as Word and Excel for data entry and document preparation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Excellent phone manner with proven sales skills.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software including Word and Excel.
- A customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building positive relationships.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and progress to selling and booking courses, with comprehensive training provided.
Working Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Saturday, with a day off mid-week (and occasional cover for staff holidays). One week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Benefits: 30 days' holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), a Workplace Pension, 3 days Sick Pay (after one year of service), and monthly pay through PAYE.
