Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Lightning Motorcycle Training. This full-time, permanent position requires excellent telephone skills, the ability to work with online systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. The ideal candidate will be able to self-motivate and excel in customer relations.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls, advising on motorcycle training courses.
  2. Utilize software tools such as Word and Excel for data entry and document preparation.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
  2. Excellent phone manner with proven sales skills.
  3. Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in office software including Word and Excel.
  5. A customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building positive relationships.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and progress to selling and booking courses, with comprehensive training provided.

Working Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Saturday, with a day off mid-week (and occasional cover for staff holidays). One week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Benefits: 30 days' holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), a Workplace Pension, 3 days Sick Pay (after one year of service), and monthly pay through PAYE.
