Area Sales Development Manager

Palmer McCarthy Solutions Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Development Manager to join their national sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth across the M25 and London area by identifying new business opportunities and converting them into contracts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for sales professionals who are looking to expand their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. While prior experience in the security industry is not necessary, a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies is essential.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the London and M25 area.
- Work closely with existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination to achieve sales targets.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60K - £90K per annum, with additional benefits including a car allowance or car (£6K), pension plan, 28 days of holiday per year, and a supportive team environment.
