About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in St Albans. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying potential customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through thorough research and outreach strategies.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and chats.
  • Work with the marketing team to create compelling presentations and deliver sales pitches.
  • Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers to drive future growth.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or a similar sales role.
  • Proven skills in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for effective lead management and tracking.

The estimated salary for this role is around £32,000 basic, with an OTE of £70,000 in St Albans.
