Trade Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Trade Sales Business Development Manager to drive and increase Trade business sales within the assigned region. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, as well as experience in selling products to strategic accounts in the home improvement and construction industries.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a results-driven individual to join our team at Sherwin-Williams UK. As a Trade Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working collaboratively with TSCs and B&Q/Trade Point personnel to identify and grow new Trade sales opportunities
- Conducting product, application, and sales training sessions with relevant personnel
- Maintaining an appropriate weekly Trade customer call rate and inputting all new contacts and maintaining existing contacts in SFDC
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Professional sales experience and/or calling on contractors within retail or the consumer goods industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills and experience presenting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous paint/coatings experience
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
