Job Description
  • Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage intermediaries to meet new business targets.
  • Collaborate with regional field BDMs to optimize sales opportunities and manage intermediaries in the region.
  • Communicate effectively with introducers, addressing new business inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records in reports/CRM system, documenting discussions and activities.
  • Stay informed about general market trends and news that impact sales.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Mortgage Advisor background or experience as a Telephone Business Development Manager or Broker Desk Specialist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with the field-based BDM and regional teams.
  • An understanding of the Buy to Let and Bridging sectors.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
