Job Description

Acapella Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Head to lead our business development efforts in the UK and EU.

This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute growth strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business success.

Salary: £50,000 per annum.

Requirements
  • Degree-level education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
