We are seeking a talented Sales Development Lead - Kitchens to join our team at Porcelanosa SA. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.

XTone is a revolutionary sintered mineral compact that is redefining the world of kitchen design. With its durability, elegance, and functionality, it can be used in various applications such as countertops, furniture, floors, walls, or facades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
  • Analyze weekly reports from fabricators, pricelists, and kitchen studios to identify market trends.
  • Closely monitor the use of marketing tools, including catalogs, displays, samples, and FOC countertop displays, to ensure effective brand representation.
  • Prepare and submit visit reports to the Line Manager after each kitchen showroom visit.
  • Track XTone sales through direct sales and showroom channels.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and Line Managers to provide comprehensive training to Porcelanosa sales teams.
  • Determine monthly work strategies with forecasts and conduct weekly stock level checks in warehouses and SAP.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the retail kitchen industry and worktop fabricators is essential.
  • Prior experience in similar environments is required.
  • Familiarity with industry contacts is beneficial.
  • A strong commitment to task completion and results-driven attitude is necessary.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
