We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Transaction Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the sales process forward, ensuring seamless communication between our field agents, vendors, and buyers.

You will utilise your expertise in CRM systems and case management tools to track sales progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimise sales outcomes. Regular communication with stakeholders will be essential to update them on the status of the sale and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with field agents, vendors, and buyers to drive sales process forward.
  • Utilise CRM systems and case management tools to track sales progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on sale status and address any concerns or issues.
  • Coordinate property surveys, valuations, and inspections to facilitate sales.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory obligations throughout the sales process.
  • Proactively identify and address potential obstacles or delays, working to find solutions and maintain momentum.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries or discrepancies impacting sale progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales progress, documentation, and communication in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales progression or a similar role within the estate agency industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and case management tools with the ability to utilise them effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities to anticipate and address potential obstacles.
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with field agents and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
