As a Sales Area Manager for XTone, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth in your assigned region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining and building relationships with key customers and partners.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Managing relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • Providing training and support to internal teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to sell our products effectively

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of the retail kitchen industry and worktop fabricators. You will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong network of contacts within the industry. You will also have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range of £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a company car, laptop, and mobile phone allowance, as well as a bonus scheme based on individual and team performance.
