Are you a driven sales professional seeking a new challenge in the motor finance industry?
About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Motor Finance Territory Manager to join our team at THC Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a region and building strong relationships with brokers and introducers within that area.
Your primary objective will be to develop existing clients into profitable producers of business, ensuring accuracy at all times and adherence to company processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop existing clients within your designated geographic region through relationship management and re-engagement strategies.
- Grow clients into profitable business producers by identifying opportunities and providing support where necessary.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on competitors, as well as suggest improvements for the company.
- Promote and embody the brand values of our client, acting as an ambassador for the business.
- Deliver training and support to clients as required.
This is a field sales role based from home, working a territory local to your residence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field sales within the financial services sector, with a proven ability to adapt their approach to suit individual business partners.
Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
