Key Account Growth Manager

**Role Overview:**
HQ Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to cover the North of the UK. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career, develop new skills, and increase your earning potential.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop, maintain, and advance existing accounts and prospects through the sale and promotion of products and solutions to drive profitable sales growth and maximize sales revenue within the assigned territory.
- Generate potential leads and achieve new business targets by proactively identifying, targeting, and converting prospect accounts.
- Prepare and maintain business plans, sales forecasts, and sales promotion activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales team and the back-office team to support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives.
- Represent HQ Personnel at customer events, including regional events and national trade shows, to build brand awareness and establish key relationships.
- Utilize education events to develop existing customers, build brand loyalty, and gain new customers.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- A full driving license and ability to travel domestically for business purposes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
**Estimated Salary:** £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
