Abuse Support and Safety Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Domestic Abuse Intervention Specialist.
Role DescriptionThis position requires expertise in supporting individuals and families affected by domestic violence.
Responsibilities- Assess risks and develop strategies for mitigating harm.
- Participate in collaborative efforts with local agencies to ensure the safety of vulnerable individuals.
- Work closely with clients who have experienced trauma.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in risk and needs assessment.
- Support individuals facing challenges related to domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental health, homelessness, or ex-offender status.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
The estimated annual salary range for this position is £38,000-£48,000.
