We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Domestic Abuse Intervention Specialist.

Role Description

This position requires expertise in supporting individuals and families affected by domestic violence.

Responsibilities
  1. Assess risks and develop strategies for mitigating harm.
  2. Participate in collaborative efforts with local agencies to ensure the safety of vulnerable individuals.
  3. Work closely with clients who have experienced trauma.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in risk and needs assessment.
  5. Support individuals facing challenges related to domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental health, homelessness, or ex-offender status.
Necessary Qualifications
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this position is £38,000-£48,000.
