Office Administrator Role

Manucomm Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is responsible for performing general administration tasks related to the day-to-day running of the business. The successful candidate will have the ability to use their own initiative to carry out daily duties accurately and in a timely fashion, with great communication skills at all levels.
About the RoleThis office administrator position involves sales order processing, receipting of purchase orders, liaising with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability for production, and stock recording of daily goods in and out. The ideal candidate will also be able to liaise with customers on orders and deliveries, prepare paperwork, and use customer and online portals for managing orders.
The role also includes preparing and recording daily paperwork for the production department, organizing and dispatching samples for customers, arranging courier collections, and processing customer invoices. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Sales order processing
