Job Description:

Role Overview

The Customer Service Administrator will play a crucial role in coordinating engineer site visits and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include booking engineers for planned maintenance and weekly visits, liaising with clients to keep them informed of issues or works, and updating spreadsheets and preparing daily reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and work proactively.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

A competitive salary of £23,795 and a range of benefits, including working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
