May & Stephens is a reputable engineering company based in the Bristol area, offering a unique opportunity for an Office Administrator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Organising engineer schedules and site visits
  • Maintaining open communication with clients
  • Updating spreadsheets and creating daily reports
  • Providing administrative support across the team
Essential Skills:

We seek an experienced Administrator with outstanding communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Although prior experience is not necessary, full training will be provided.

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Highly organised and able to multitask
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
