Academic Campus Director

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to join our team as Deputy Head of Campus – Teaching, Learning & Assessments.

This challenging yet rewarding role will require you to lead the development and implementation of teaching, learning, and assessment strategies that meet the unique needs and aspirations of each learner.

You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring teaching staff to excel in their roles, building strong relationships with learners, their families, staff, and external stakeholders, and overseeing staff performance to ensure alignment with our therapeutic approach to positive behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in training, developing, and managing others, strong communication and networking skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships.

You will also be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and have a valid driving licence, as occasional vehicle use may be required.
