Job Title: Deputy Head of Campus – Teaching, Learning & Assessments
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Campus to join our team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational vision and strategy of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teaching, learning, and assessment strategies to ensure high-quality, personalized learning programs that meet the unique needs and aspirations of each learner.
- Build strong relationships with learners, their families, staff, and external stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Oversee staff performance and development, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's therapeutic approach to positive behavior.
- Maintain a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting learner welfare, while continually engaging in professional development to stay ahead of educational trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training, developing, and managing others to help them reach their full potential.
- Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A valid driving license is required, as you may occasionally need to drive our vehicles.

- Holidays – You will work 42.4 weeks of the year during term time, but you will be paid annual leave to cover the remaining 9 weeks.
