The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position, requiring a skilled and dedicated Business Support Officer to join our team. As an important member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to our teams, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders
- Collate and maintain records, analyze information, and produce accurate statements
- Deal with enquiries and information requests, interacting with customers, colleagues, and partners
- Educate yourself on Social Care policies and procedures to provide expert guidance
- Maintain budgets, financial information, and resources accurately
