About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at HC-One Brompton House. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents, while promoting a culture of kindness and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks

Requirements:

  • Current PIN on the NMC register
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action
