About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at HC-One Brompton House. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
  • Promote a culture of kindness, empathy, and respect among staff and residents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current PIN on the NMC register
  • A Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise
