About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One Brompton House. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

As a Care Home Manager, you will lead, motivate, and mentor your team, delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home. You will also be responsible for carrying out assessments, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for each of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
  • Promote resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the highest standards of care
Requirements

We are looking for a registered nurse with current PIN on the NMC register and either a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5. You will also need leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and the ability to conduct risk assessments.
