Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Home Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring the safe and efficient running of our care home. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and our colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the safe and effective delivery of care.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current PIN on the NMC register.
- Either a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5, or a willingness to study for one.
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
