About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at HC-One Brompton House. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents, while also driving the success of our care home.

As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home, including the development and implementation of care plans, staff management, and quality assurance. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current PIN on the NMC register
  • A Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to residents
