As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical care in our care homes. This includes providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager with a background in person-centered care planning within a care home. Beyond that, it's about your positive energy, natural ability to get along with people, and being a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records.
