As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical care in our care homes. This involves providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager with a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. Beyond that, it's about your positive energy and ability to work well with people. You will be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep accurate records. When communicating with residents or colleagues, you will be considerate and kind.
