About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One Brompton House. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents, while also leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current PIN on the NMC register
  • Either a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to residents
