At Serco, we are seeking a skilled HR Data Administrator to join our team. As an HR Data Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining employee records throughout the employee life cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in SAP HCM (PA & OM).
  • Processing large volumes of employee and organizational data.
  • Preparing and amending HR documents, such as letters and templates, using Spinifex tools.
  • Resolving customer queries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborating with HR teams, including payroll, HRIS, and helpdesk.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administering people data.
  • Proficiency in using SAP HCM.
  • Knowledge of the full employee life cycle and employment terms and conditions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
