The Role: HR Data Administration Team Lead

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic HR Data Administration Team Lead to provide accurate and efficient core HR administrative support for a large workforce. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes, working closely with the HR Service Centre Team to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of HR Administrators, providing guidance, support, and training.
  • Oversee the processing of employee data and maintenance of organizational structures within our SAP HCM system.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate project activities and day-to-day operations related to HR administration.
  • Provide feedback on service requirements to the HRIS manager, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless transitions of projects impacting HR systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage escalations, complaints, and proactively identify potential risks or concerns related to HR data management.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A strong understanding of common HR processes and HRIS solutions within a complex business environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience with SAP HCM, SNOW (ServiceNow), and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and employment law.
