Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Division of Surgery – BHRUT NHS. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our clinical team to provide administrative support and improve patient pathways.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative processes, communicating with patients, and providing a full administrative service to the clinical team, including audio typing.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have experience in patient administration work in a healthcare setting and excellent written, communication, and audio typing skills. A flexible approach to work and a high level of professionalism are also essential.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience of using full range of IT/Patient administration systems
  • Experience of patient administration work in a healthcare setting

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of NHS Service provision including the pathway of care
  • Experience working in a similar role within a healthcare/hospital setting
  • Understanding of medical terminology
