Pharmacist Training Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Education and Training Team as a Clinical Pharmacy Educator. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and delivery of training programs for pharmacy trainees, working closely with senior members of the pharmacy team to ensure an effective and inclusive learning environment.
Main Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacy Educator will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and developing training programs for pharmacy trainees, including the coordination of cross-sector, undergraduate, and work experience placements. The successful candidate will also act as an Educational Supervisor, Practice Supervisor, and/or Expert Witness as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have a strong clinical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also have experience of staff training and supervision, as well as comprehensive experience as a clinical pharmacist practitioner.
